Prep Checklist
Proper preparation is critical for treatment success. Follow these checklists before your scheduled service.

Heat Treatment Checklist
48 Hours Before
Remove all aerosol cans (hairspray, deodorant, spray paint) from treatment area
Remove candles, wax items, and crayons
Remove houseplants and pets
Remove medications that cannot withstand heat
Remove artwork, photos, and irreplaceable items
Remove vinyl records, CDs, and DVDs
Remove perishable food items
Day of Treatment
Open all interior doors, closets, and drawers
Strip all bedding and place in plastic bags
Leave all furniture in place — do not move against walls
Ensure all windows and exterior doors are closed
Leave the home for 6–8 hours
Take all pets and family members with you
Do not apply any sprays or DIY treatments
After Treatment
Wait for technician clearance before re-entering
Wash all bedding in hot water and dry on high heat for 30+ minutes
Inspect mattress seams and furniture weekly for 3 weeks
Call us immediately if you see any live bugs

Chemical Treatment Checklist
Before Treatment
Vacuum all floors, mattresses, and furniture thoroughly
Wash all bedding in hot water and dry on high heat
Clear clutter from floors and under beds
Move furniture 12 inches from walls
Remove all pets and cover fish tanks
Bag and seal all clothing in closets
During Treatment
Leave the home for 4 hours after treatment
Keep pets out for 4 hours minimum
After Treatment
Do not vacuum treated areas for 5–7 days
Do not mop or wet-clean treated surfaces for 5–7 days
Wash all bedding again after treatment
Keep appointment for follow-up treatment (2–3 weeks)
Report any live bug sightings immediately
